AM-1697 One (1) Bay Engine Overhaul Gantry System for CF6-80C2 Engines

Features:

• Supports full QEC engine clotheslining & major module separations for service, maintenance, as well as overhaul operations
• One (1) independent workstation (bay) per gantry span

• Multiple spans per gantry system

o Incorporated with different safety features

• Load frame (one assembly per bay) provides main support for all powered hoists, manual trollies, hangers & necessary hardware

o Each load frame assembly capable of 43” vertical travel

• Center beam of load frame contains two (2) powered hoists with 3-ton capacity

o Hoists are mounted on own power-driven trolleys enabling hoist to traverse length of load frame
o Outboard beams of load frame equipped with four (4) non-powered trolleys each with load capacity of 2-tons
o Includes fluorescent light fixtures located outside of each outboard beam
