This stand contains two cantilevered extension decks supported by a fixed center section provide a continuous deck surface. The extension decks are horizontally adjustable to conform to the aircraft contour at a comfortable working elevation to the windshield. A ramp provides access and support to the work platform and is designed to raise and lower the platform to working and storage positions. Control of the air motor-driven vertical travel is located on the upper tower platform to provide the operator with a clear view of the aircraft contour and work platform. A 250 lbs. capacity jib crane is provided for windshield removal and installation. The platform is designed for two working personnel with hand tools and one windshield section or 650 lbs. maximum.
