The AGSE-E018 Shop Dolly is designed for local site/work area transport and/or storage of the Pratt & Whitney PW4084, PW4090, and PW4098 engines in QEC configuration. The shop dolly is compliant with applicable Pratt & Whitney design specifications. Bootstrapping capabilities for B777 aircraft have been incorporated into the Dolly. The engine pins securely into place quickly and easily. The dolly consists of a single base frame supported by four caster assemblies. Each caster assembly offers a 5 inch wide by 16 inch diameter wheel for easy mobility and a weight capacity of 6,500 pounds each. Shock absorbing polyurethane tread wheels, position locks, and face brakes are standard.
